MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The investigation continues into a Memphis landmark being set on fire.

Surveillance footage shows three potential suspects entering and leaving the old Trigg Avenue Baptist Church in South Memphis before it went up in flames; that’s according to family members of the legendary Reverend W. Herbert Brewster.

The family is working to rebuild his legacy some 10 months after fire tested their faith.

Brewster was an early inductee into the Memphis Music Hall of fame, historians calling him one of the most prolific songwriters and composers of the 20th century.

Reverend Bradford Benham III once preached alongside Reverend Brewster and says today most Memphians don’t understand just how influential Brewster truly was.
