Images of what appears to be a UFO have been captured flying over one of America's biggest cities. ‌

On August 28 a pair of Los Angeles residents claimed they saw a black, V-shaped craft covered in lights moving slowly across the sky while on their balcony. ‌

After observing the craft for around 25 minutes the witnesses lost sight of it around 11:38pm local time (2:38am ET), according to a report logged on the National UFO Reporting Centre. ‌
