WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - Wichita restaurants are expressing relief after the man they said has been coming to the establishments to eat and not pay (dine and dash) has been caught. That relief also comes with frustration, as the businesses wish that the crimes had stopped sooner, as the suspect had previously been arrested and released.

Sedgwick County Jail records show that the suspect, James Laham, faces charges of theft and contempt of court and that he’d recently bonded out on similar charges.
