LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — Two people have been shot in the central Las Vegas Valley Monday evening.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said its officers received reports of a shooting around 6:30 p.m. in a neighborhood near Sahara Avenue and Paradise Road.
Police arrived to St. Louis Avenue and Santa Paula Drive and located two adults suffering from gunshot wounds, a Metro lieutenant told FOX5. “One victim sustained minor injuries and remained on scene, while the other was transported to a local hospital for treatment,” they said.
A person of interest was detained, but it is unclear if any arrests have been made.
