LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — The first-ever “Fabulous 5-Day Sale” for the Entertainment Capital of the World aims to boost visitation, foot traffic and generate buzz after a summer slump.

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority promised deals as part of the “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” campaign.

The 5-day sale launched at 6 a.m. Monday, and more than 100 offerings are available across resorts, dining and entertainment venues for visitors and locals.

“It’s the first ever destination wide sale for Las Vegas,” said Katie Wick of the LVCVA. “What’s so unique about Las Vegas is the spectacle and the fact that you can have that spectacle at every single price point. So whether you’re a luxury traveler or a value traveler, Las Vegas offers an unbelievable experience for you,” Wick said.
