TV legend Johnny Ball has said he is feeling "fine" after overcoming prostate cancer.

The 87-year-old broadcaster, who is the father of radio star Zoe Ball, has revealed that he was diagnosed with cancer back in 2022, but he's been successfully treated for the disease.

Johnny - who competed on Strictly Come Dancing in 2012 - told the Mirror: "I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in August 2022 and, thankfully, after three months of daily radiation treatment, starting in the September, I’m through it, I’m fine."

Despite this, Johnny refuses to take his health for granted, revealing that he follows a number of steps in order to remain in good shape.
