A 30-year-old Kitchener man was charged with stunt driving after police allege a vehicle was travelling 53 km/h over the speed limit in Woolwich Township.

Waterloo Regional Police said on Monday officers clocked a vehicle travelling 133 km/h in an 80 km/h zone on Greenhouse Road.

Besides the stunt driving charge, the man was also charged with careless driving and speeding.

The stunt driving charge brings an automatic 30-day licence suspension and a 14-day vehicle impound.
