The estate of Hallmark channel star Michael Heslin — who died suddenly after suffering a heart attack during a birthday trip to Las Vegas — has filed a wrongful death lawsuit claiming that staff failed to act swiftly and perform CPR.
On June 25, 2024, Heslin, who starred in the Zoe Saldana series, “Lioness” and the TV movie, “The Holiday Plan,” went into cardiac arrest and suddenly collapsed while dining at Javier’s restaurant at the Aria Resort & Casino, according to the lawsuit.
The complaint filed in Clark County District Court by Heslin’s husband Scotty Dynamo claims that’s when Heslin’s friends immediately called for help and moved tables out of the way to lay him on the floor, where they signaled the need for urgent medical attention.
