HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A man charged with murder in a 2022 shooting that left a Huntington restaurant worker dead has now had his bond revoked.
Kristopher Brown was in court on Tuesday, with the defense requesting a bond reduction.
The prosecution motioned for bond to be revoked, which a judge granted.
Brown is accused of shooting and killing Joseph Bryan in November of 2022.
Police says Brown fired a shot outside of Premier Pub and Grill on 4th Avenue in Huntington.
The bullet hit Bryan, who was working inside D.P. Dough next door, killing him.
