EVANGELINE PARISH, La. (KALB) - A man from Ville Platte has been accused of possessing child sexual abuse materials, according to the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office.
EPSO said on August 28, a home on Tina Drive in Ville Platte was searched. As a result, Christopher John Lalonde was arrested for allegedly using his personal social media account to “procure and possess 110 items of child sexual abuse materials involving pubescent and pre-pubescent children.”
He is currently being held in the Evangeline Parish Jail with a $350,000 bond.
