NASHUA, N.H. —

Community members are coming together to honor a man who was killed in a shooting in a country club in Nashua and support the people who were wounded.

Rob DeCesare, 59, of Nashua, was shot several times while having dinner at Sky Meadow Country Club.

His mother said he died while trying to protect his family. Hunter Nadeau, 23, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder in connection with DeCesare's death.

A celebration of DeCesare's life is planned for Friday, and the memorial is open to the public. It will be held at noon at Center Point Church at 101 School St. in Salem.
