JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. — With early voting kicking off last week for Virginia's November election, the Historic Triangle region appears to be leading the way in voter turnout.

Among the House of Delegates districts, Virginia's 71st district has seen over 2,200 votes amid increases statewide. It's the most votes of any House of Delegates district statewide. It follows a trend of a statewide increase in early voting.

The race for Virginia's 71st House of Delegates district, which is between Republican Del.
