Gusty east wind arrived just as expected today and it’s MUCH warmer. Portland is running 13 degrees warmer at mid-afternoon, heading towards a high temperature close to 90°.

The gusty east wind (mainly east metro) dies down overnight, and it’ll won’t be around . The result will be slightly cooler temperatures, but skies remain sunny.
