DISCUSSION:

First Alert Weather Days have been issued due to potential localized flooding issues in the mountains from the heavy rain forecasted until Thursday afternoon.

Expect strong to severe storms to begin early in the day on Wednesday, with thunderstorms likely throughout the morning. By the afternoon, the main storms should have moved out, although scattered showers and storms will persist into the evening, keeping temperatures in the upper 70s.
