C.J HENDERSON is searching for a new team after being cut by the Atlanta Falcons.

The veteran cornerback and former first round pick was released by the organization on Tuesday.

Henderson, 26, was a late addition to the Falcons’ training camp roster.

He arrived just days before the team's second pre-season game of the summer.

Despite initially impressing his coaches, Henderson was released and added to the Falcons practice squad.

The former first-round pick was unable to break into the Atlanta 53-man roster.

And he was released by the organization on Tuesday ahead of Week 4, per SI .

A former Florida Gator, Henderson was the ninth overall pick in the 2020 Draft.

But he has failed to live up to expectations in the NFL.
