Heavy rainfall has occurred in southeast Michigan, particularly around the Detroit and Ann Arbor areas overnight. Some locations have received substantial precipitation, with Monroe recording almost 4 inches of rain, and Berlin Township receiving 4 inches. A flash flood warning was issued for the southeast corner of Washtenaw County where over three inches of rain fell.
