BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — Baldwin County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested a man who allegedly sexually abused a child and used artificial intelligence to create child pornography.

According to a BCSO news release, the investigation into 40-year-old Brandon Michael Fry began in April after the Summerdale Police Department reached out to the sheriff's office to report child sexual abuse.

Baldwin County deputies interviewed the accuser, who said that Fry had touched her in his garage and was monitoring his surveillance cameras to make sure no one was coming, according to the release.

Deputies reportedly got a search warrant for Fry's home, where they said they took his computer and found "several hundred AI-generated images of child sexual abuse material."
