ST. LOUIS — Police reported no leads Wednesday after several cars on Interstate 44 were hit by rocks near the Jamieson Avenue overpass early this week.

At least nine people said their vehicles were hit by a rock or rocks between 5:50 a.m. and shortly after 6 a.m. Monday.

Evita Caldwell, a spokeswoman for the St. Louis Police Department, said no one was injured.

Police have no details about a suspect, she said.

"We unfortunately don't have much to go on as of now," Caldwell said in an email Wednesday.
