SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) - When it comes to working out, training myths can plague how people approach their weekly routines.
According to research by Muscle Booster, nearly three-quarters of Americans are neglecting key muscle groups, which puts them at risk of injury and hinders their progress.
These muscle groups include hamstrings, quads, and calves, which 3 in 10 Americans say they do not train at all. Texas, in particular, shows the least interest in full-body training, with a people-per-search ratio of 1 in 42, compared to the national average of 1 in 12.
