McPherson daycare provider accused of biting, hitting child in affidavit

MCPHERSON, Kan. (KAKE) — A newly released court document outlines the alleged abuse at the hands of a McPherson daycare provider.

Kimberly Horn , 50, was charged earlier this month with felony child abuse of a child under the age of six. Her home day care, Kimberly Kay Horn Day Care Home , was stripped of its license following the complaint. Download PDF
