Severe weather on Thursday is expected to bring heavy downpours and damaging winds including the chance for a tornado.

Thursday will kick off with showers in the morning and afternoon before the weather turns severe with downpouring rain in the evening.

The biggest threat will be the chance for damaging winds and heavy rainfall and as mentioned previously a brief spin up is not out of the question.

All of the neighbors in the Greater Philadelphia region are expected to see these storms including as far west as Reading all the way to the Jersey Shore, and all the way up to Allentown and down to the Delaware Beaches.
