SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley announced today that five smoke shop owners across the state have been indicted. This comes after a law enforcement sting uncovered the alleged sale of illegal products in their businesses.

While many vape shops are legitimate, Attorney General Marty Jackley says this operation targeted shops in South Dakota suspected of selling products that violate state and federal law.

"Tre House Cookies and Cream, Magic Mushrooms, Silly Dots Mega Dose Mushroom pills, Destroyer Venom Exotic Flowers and Destroyer THC Pre-Rolls.
