Slideshow: Scenes from last week's Hard Hat Happy Hour at The Ace

A crowd of nearly 300 was treated to tours of $4,000-per-month penthouses, lively networking and even some ice cream at last week’s Hard Hat Happy Hour, presented by Sands Anderson.

The event was held at The Ace , the massive new apartment building on Arthur Ashe Boulevard from D.C. developers SJG Properties and Level 2 Development. The new seven-story mixed-use building includes 295 apartments as well as ground-floor commercial space that was constructed on the site that was formerly home to Buz and Ned’s Real Barbecue.
