The Southwestern Warriors made the short trip to Monticello on Tuesday to take on the Wayne County Lady Cardinals in a district contest. The Warriors were able to continue their winning ways and finished off a perfect district slate with a dominant 6-1 victory over the Lady Cards.

Shayla Jones led the way with two goals and two assists in the win, with Clare-Marie Ramsey adding one goal and one assist. Addison Cooper, Audrey Hatfield and Izzy Calhoun each had one goal apiece, while Ashyr Flynn added one assist. Kylie Dalton and Lillian Hampton added three and two saves respectively.
