OTTUMWA, Iowa (KYOU) - Attitude, communication, and love. That’s what head coach Cole Dewey said will add to the Warriors success this season.

Indian Hills returns just four players from last year’s team, but he’s already impressed with the chemistry between this group.

“Last year we had a summer under our belt and that really helped but these guys, I ask them all the time. A-T makes fun of me he says I ask him everyday how do you like this team,” said Dewey. “He says the answer didn’t change since yesterday coach. So, I think these guys are really coming together as a team they do everything together.”

Last season, the Warriors made the NJCAA tournament as a 3-seed with a 27-6 record but dropped their first game against 14-seed Vincennes.
