ALLEN PARK — Detroit Lions offensive coordinator John Morton heaped plenty of praise on the Cleveland Browns’ impressive NFL-best running defense ahead of their matchup in Week 4.

But, he also doesn’t think their ability to hold the Cincinnati Bengals, Baltimore Ravens and Green Bay Packers to 57.3 yards on the ground per game as being indicative of the Lions being stopped on Sunday.

“I mean our front, right now we’re moving guys. I don’t think they’ve seen a run game like ours yet,” Morton said Thursday. “We have patience. We stick with it. I think that’s the biggest thing. Let’s keep doing what we’ve been doing.”

The Lions (2-1) are coming off a dominant showing from their ground game against the Ravens, going for 224 yards on 38 carries for an average of nearly six yards per attempt.
