CENTRAL SQUARE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- After a six-week investigation that started with citizen complaints, THC, a shop in Central Square, was shut down for illegally selling cannabis.

THC was essentially operating as a dispensary without a New York State license.

The Central Square Police Department and the New York State Office of Cannabis Management teamed up for the operation. NewsChannel 9 was there to witness it all unfold.

Once the Central Square officers entered, the OCM agents followed and began meticulously combing through the illicit products.

OCM agents seized the following illegal products: • About 280 cannabis vapes • About 200 edibles (various strengths) • About 200 units of cannabis concentrate • 13.3 pounds of flower
