CINCINNATI, Ohio — Ever since he replaced the injured Joe Burrow in Week 2 vs. the Jaguars, Bengals backup quarterback Jake Browning has had a turnover problem.

He has thrown five interceptions, including two in the Bengals’ 48-10 loss to the Vikings in Week 3. In total, the Bengals now lead the NFL with eight turnovers heading into Monday night’s Week 4 matchup with the Broncos.

Browning understands what he has to clean up going forward to help his team get back on track.

“When you look at my film as a whole so far, there’s been a lot of good and there’s been, you know, not a significant amount of bad, but my bad plays are detrimental to the team in the form of turnovers,” Browning told reporters in his Thursday press conference.
