JACKSON, Mo. (KFVS) - People can support Watkins Wildlife Rehab’s efforts to save the lives of animals by attending the annual dinner auction.
It’s set for 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday, September 27 at the Jackson Civic Center.
Food will be catered by TJ’s Burgers, Wings, and Pizza. There will also be a cash bar.
Organizers say people will be able to bid on items throughout the evening.
Proceeds go to support life-saving care for wild animals across the region.
Tickets are no longer available online. Call 573-866-3436 to get tickets.
John Watkins said the event goes a long way toward keeping the organization going for another year.
This past season was a busy one, with hundreds of baby raccoons, possums, squirrels, rabbits, and deer, along with other small animals like skunks and groundhogs
