This significant development marks the final phase of the former Facemate site, continuing progress on Chicopee’s largest Brownfields revitalization project. The project involves the transformation of the Facemate Lot #1, also known as the Baskin Parcel, into a mixed-income residential area, emphasizing sustainability with its all-electric design.
