The All-India Financial Borrowers’ Federation (AIFBF) appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to introduce borrower-friendly reforms to prevent farmers and other borrowers from taking hasty decisions due to their inability to repay loans availed from banks and financial institutions . The federation also launched a helpline — 080-45888789 — during an empowerment and awareness programme organised at the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) on Thursday.
