NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — The second-ranked Bishop Chatard Trojans took a commanding victory over the Guerin Catholic Golden Eagles with a 56-14 rout on Friday night.

Chatard entered the game after beating up on the winless Brebeuf Jesuit Braves one week ago. Meanwhile, Guerin Catholic was trying to stop the bleeding after a dismal 49-7 blowout loss to Roncalli.

Junior running back Danny Adams scored first for the Trojans off a 15-yard run to give Chatard a quick 7-0 lead not long after the opening kickoff.

The game shifted after Guerin Catholic's Isaac Justin returned the ensuing kickoff 95 yards for a touchdown to tie the game at 7-7.

On their next offensive drive, Bishop Chatard shook off the rust and marched down the field, setting up Danny Adams' second rushing touchdown of the game off
