CLEVELAND, Ohio – Kirkland Signature brand Ahi Tuna Wasabi Poke has been recalled because of potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination in green onions, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

The onions used in the product have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, according to the FDA.

The product was sold in deli sections on Sept. 18 from Costco Warehouse stores in Ohio as well as the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.
