NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Beignet Fest organizers have announced the food lineup for the 2025 event.

Organizers said beignet lovers can expect a wide variety of beignets with more than 40 takes on the New Orleans treat, as well as vegan, gluten-free and non-beignet options.

The 2025 menu features the return of Loretta's crabmeat beignet, which was the 2024 judge's choice winner.

New offerings at this year's fest include a spicy chicken beignet from Southern's, seafood and boudin beignets from Lillie's Cajun Kitchen and gumbo beignets from Catered To.

Festivalgoers can also expect familiar favorites from previous years, including plantain mochi beignets from Asian Outdoor Kitchen, crawfish beignets from Any O'Cajun and a ruby beignet trio from Ruby Slipper with sweet heat chicken and beignet
