The outer bands of Tropical Storm Imelda brings clouds and rain to Upstate South Carolina on Monday and Tuesday.

The Upstate will see scattered passing showers and breezy conditions from Monday afternoon into Tuesday morning.

Rain totals will be up to about half an inch with some areas seeing more.

Maximum wind gusts will be about 25 miles per hour.
