CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) -- A man convicted of killing two employees at Crescom Bank in Conway in 2017 is due in court on Tuesday, the 15th Circuit Solicitor's Office said.
The solicitor's office did not disclose any details about the hearing for Brandon Council, other than it being set for 1 p.m. at the Horry County Courthouse. Judge Michael G. Nettles will preside over the hearing.
Council was convicted in September 2019 in the double murders of Donna Major and Katie Skeen after a three-week trial. The next month in federal court, he was sentenced to death, but was among 37 people on death row who had their sentences commuted to life by former President Joe Biden in December 2024.
