NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio — An evidentiary hearing is set for this afternoon in the case of Ruth Miller , the Amish woman accused of multiple charges in the death of her 4-year-old son at Atwood Lake last month.

Specifically, today's hearing in Tuscarawas County Common Pleas Court will determine whether bail for Miller should be established.

Miller, the 40-year-old from Millersburg, pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to a seven-count indictment after the deaths of her husband and four-year-old son at Atwood Lake during the weekend of Aug. 23-24. The charges include:
