CLEVELAND — Police responded to Brunswick High School Monday after a student found a bullet in one of the school's bathrooms, according to a message shared with parents and families by the BHS principal.

Principal Keith Merrill told parents that no students or staff were in any immediate danger, and that the school resource officer contacted the Brunswick Police Department after the bullet was discovered. The school is working with police as they investigate the bullet's origin. No weapons were found during the initial police sweep of the school.
