BROOKLYN HEIGHTS AND WALL STREET — Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens raised $2.3 million at its annual Bishop’s Humanitarian Dinner last Thursday, Sept. 25.
More than a thousand donors attended the dinner at Cipriani Wall Street to support Catholic Charities’ 160-plus programs and services, and to honor individuals who embody the Catholic Charities mission of helping those most vulnerable. The funds raised from the dinner benefit Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens’ programs and services, which provide affordable housing, sponsor centers for older adults and food pantries, and offer counseling and support to individuals with physical and mental challenges.
