CLEVELAND, Ohio — Northeast Ohio’s run of warm, dry weather will hold steady to start the week, with plenty of sunshine and temperatures climbing above seasonal averages.
High pressure remains in control of the region, delivering mostly sunny skies and comfortable conditions. Afternoon highs Monday will range from the upper 70s along the lakeshore to the middle 80s inland, according to the National Weather Service .
A weak cold front may clip the eastern edge of the region late Monday night into Tuesday morning, though forecasters expect it to pass through dry. Behind it, cooler Canadian air will filter in, leading to a gradual cooldown as the week progresses.
