BELOIT, Wis. — A developer is bringing new business to Beloit.

TDC Beloit, LLC is building a $20 million, 200,000 square foot warehouse and distribution center in the Gateway Business Park at 1505 Gateway Blvd. in Beloit. A manufacturer will rent the building when it is done for packaging and distribution.

The land was sold to TDC Beloit by the Greater Beloit Economic Development Corporation (GBEDC), a nonprofit that invests in the area's job creation and economic growth. GBEDC sold the 39.4 acres for $389,000.

The development is projected to create between 50 and 150 new jobs over the next decade.
