NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A 63-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly held a food delivery driver at gunpoint over the weekend.
According to the arrest affidavit, a man arrived at 3765 Pin Hook Road on September 26 to deliver a food order. The deliveryman parked and walked to the back of the house to meet 63-year-old Daniel Dibble, who told him through the glass door that he had not ordered any food.
When the deliveryman showed Dibble that the address he had matched his home, Dibble raised a handgun at him and told him to leave, according to the affidavit.

The deliveryman called 911, and when officers arrived, they reported that Dibble “appeared to be intoxicated.”
The officers confirmed that the deliveryman
