PEORIA ( WMBD Radio ) - Gas prices in Peoria have dropped 1.8 cents a gallon in the last week, averaging $3.31 on Monday, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 148 stations in Peoria.
Peoria’s prices are 6.3 cents lower than a month ago and 6.2 cents lower than this time last year.
GasBuddy price reports showed the cheapest gas in Peoria on Sunday was $3.14 and the most expensive gas was $3.49. The lowest price in the state was $2.69 and the highest price was $4.79.
The national average of gas is down 5.8 cents a gallon in the last week, averaging $3.08 on Monday. That’s down 11.1 cents from a month ago and nine cents lower than a year ago, according to GasBuddy.
