GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - A man is facing multiple charges after warrants say he pulled a knife out inside a Greenville hospital.

According to warrants obtained by WITN, Saturday night, ECU Health police arrested Kenneth Tyree.

The 66-year-old man was charged with disorderly conduct in a public building, intoxicated and disruptive, assault with a deadly weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, and resisting a public officer.

Warrants say Tyree was at ECU Health Medical Center yelling, cursing, and waving his hands in a “violent, aggressive manner” at hospital staff.

Tyree, who appeared intoxicated, then pulled out a pocket knife as he was walking towards and yelling at a 78-year-old man, according to the warrants.
