LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- As details about Bally's plans to build restaurants, hotel towers and a casino around the Athletics baseball stadium trickle out, certain key information is slow to come.
Sunday, the 8 News Now Investigators learned of Bally's plans to build 3,000 hotel rooms in two massive towers along Las Vegas Boulevard and Tropicana Ave., as well as a casino, restaurants and a 2,500-seat theater.
This is the first information Bally's has made public about its plans for the intersection.
"There's been a lot of long hours and long nights trying to figure out what is the best course to move forward," Christopher Jewett, Bally's senior vice president of corporate development, said. "You only get to do this once."
