A woman is suing a North Hollywood spa, alleging she was sexually abused by a male therapist during a massage session there in the spring.

The woman is identified only as Jane Doe in the Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit filed against the Little House Spa Inc. The suit’s allegations include sexual battery, gender violence, sexual harassment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and breach of contract. The plaintiff seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.

A Little House representative did not immediately reply to a request for comment on the suit filed Thursday.
