WHITEWATER, Wis. (WMTV) - Three people were arrested last week after a report of shots in Whitewater, city officials reported on Monday.

According to the Whitewater Police Department, a call came in just after 11:45p.m. on Friday for a report of shots fired near the intersection of S. Summit Street and W. Highland Street.

When police arrived at the intersection, they found several .40 caliber casings.

During the investigation, officials identified a 19-year-old Delavan resident as the suspect responsible for using a weapon from a vehicle during a fight.

Police later identified more suspects they believed were at a home in the City of Delavan.
