WAYNE — Officials at William Paterson University have launched a series of monthly meetings for entrepreneurs interested in expanding their networks.

Each gathering will feature a guest speaker who will address a timely topic by sharing insights for business growth.

The first session, on Sept. 30 at 8:30 a.m., will include a presentation on “Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property in the Age of AI” by Matthew Sklar , a partner at McCarter & English , a law firm with offices in eight states and in Washington, DC.

The meetups will be on the last Tuesday of each month in the student lounge at the Christos M. Cotsakos College of Business , at 1600 Valley Road.
