SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) -Our Tuesday is starting out with cloudy skies and temperatures near 70 degrees.
Isolated showers will be around as we warm to the upper 70 by lunchtime. Breezy conditions continue through the afternoon with gusts of 20 to 25 miles per hour for inland areas and a few stronger gusts along the coastline. Highs will once again be near 80 degrees due to the thick cloud cover and northerly wind. Isolated showers will continue to move onshore through the afternoon into the evening.
As Imelda continues moving away, but rip currents, rough seas and beach erosion remain concerns along the coast this week.
Cooler air begins to move in on Wednesday, with morning lows in the mid 60s! Drier air will also filter in, making it feel a bit more like fall for the middle of the week w
