Josh Hartnett Collides with RNC Vehicle in St. John’s Crash

American actor Josh Hartnett was taken to the hospital in St. John’s, according to multiple reports, after colliding with an RNC officer.

The accident occurred just before 1 a.m. on Thursday at the intersection of New Cove Road and Elizabeth Avenue.

RNC issued a plea for public help, looking for dash-cam footage in relation to the accident later that day.

Hartnett was hospitalized along with another occupant, although their injuries were believed to be minor.

The well-known actor was in St. John’s filming a Netflix series about a Newfoundland fisherman working to protect his livelihood from a sea creature.

Hartnett has appeared in films such as “Pearl Harbor,” “Black Hawk Down,” and “Oppenheimer.”
